"The Spliced Knowledge Centre reimagines the library as a dynamic hub where culture, technology, and collaboration converge. Inspired by the concept of splicing, the project brings together diverse people, disciplines, and forms of knowledge to transform learning into an open, evolving experience beyond traditional classrooms and workplaces.

Located in the heart of Little India, the design draws from the neighbourhood's network of streets, courtyards, and gathering spaces, translating these spatial qualities into an inclusive civic ground that welcomes all.

In an age of Al acceleration and growing media literacy challenges, the centre uses visually permeable spaces to create an inviting environment where users can explore, question, and engage with technology without intimidation. By making learning visible and accessible, the design encourages curiosity, interaction, and lifelong learning while bridging tradition with innovation."
